While everyone is saying the market is down, we are glad to say that we have still been doing pretty well. Our number are still about the same as they were last year for our closings. We actually had one more, for the months of May and June, this year than the same months last year. And we are continuing the success through this past week with THREE new contracts from this past weekend. We have plenty of product to offer for everyone.
