With all of the news out there right now about when to buy and what the housing bubble is doing now- who can keep up! What we do know is that interest rates are good, there are lots of great incentives out there for first-time homebuyers (and the more experienced ones too), the housing inventory on the market is selling and that buying a home is always GREAT investment!
