We see many families here at Southeastern walk through our models and buy our homes. We LOVE babies around here and kids of all ages. There is nothing better than to see a new home through the eyes of the kids that visit our communities. Whether its the construction trucks that they love to watch or the new home that they can run through and explore it is always a fun experience for them and us. Construction, sales pick up in Gallatin
The Tennessean reported this weekend... According to Gallatin Codes Director Tony Allers, business for construction projects is picking up once again. “It’s not a landslide, but we’re getting something every day,” he said in a telephone interview Wednesday...“People are buying them, which is great for the city. The best example is Kennesaw Farms, but there’s also a townhouse/condo development on Long Hollow Pike…and (a development) on Lock-4 Road.” Yeah! Check out the entire article here.

Free is our favorite word around here!
Yes, we heard it, our favorite word all over the TV this morning- FREE- as in tax FREE weekend! That's right once again the great state of Tennessee is observing tax FREE weekend. You can buy anything from clothes, school supplies to even a computer with NO tax. Now, we are sad to announce that houses are not included -BUT- what a better way to spend a Saturday than a little tax FREE shopping with the kidos and then stopping by one of our model homes to take advantage of the last weekend of our Summer Home Sale. You could end the weekend knowing you took advantage of so many good deals (from school supplies to houses) that you want be able to stand it! Your co-workers be so jealous on Monday?! Hope to see you!
