Are you a first-time homebuyer?
Did you know that you might still be able to qualify for 100% financing?

Well, the answer is YES, there is a program out there for first-time home buyers to qualify for a 100% loan. It is all through THDA or Tennessee House Development Agency. There are some restrictions to be able to qualify for this loan program.

Is your home purchase less $226,100?
Are you a 1-2 person household that makes less than $64,900 or a 3+ member household that makes less than $74,635?
Have you not owned a home in more than 3 years?

If you can answer yes to these other questions then, it is time to get on the phone and speak with our prefered lender, Kevin Long with Bank of America, to see if you will qualify for a THDA Loan. Kevin can be reached at (615)496-8400 or kevin_long@bankofamerica.com.

You can also review the THDA webiste at www.thda.org. If you have any questions on any of Southeastern's properties, please feel free to contact our sales office at (615)826-9700 or visit our website at www.southeasternbuilding.net.

Hope to see you soon at one of our decorated models.

Gnash visits Kennesaw Farms!

Gnash from the Nashville Predators visited Kennesaw Farms this week. A good time was had by all, Gnash and The Predators gave away prizes and we all ate tasty BBQ (and sweet tea!) from Stroud's BBQ in Gallatin. Thank you to all who attended and we hope Gnash had a great time on "The Farm!"
